Refund & Return Policy

At BDN Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights for refunds, returns, and cancellations.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Physical products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or not as described.
- To request a return, contact us immediately at beeydinamnamainc@gmail.com with your order details.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2. Refunds
- Most refunds will be processed via GCash or in cash on hand after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- For online payments (credit/debit card or GCash QR), refunds will also be processed via the same payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via GCash, on-hand, or bank transfer after the returned product has been received and inspected.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
3. Order Cancellations
- You may cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting us immediately.
- Once the order has been shipped, you must follow the return process above.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Digital products, downloadable content, or services cannot be returned or refunded.
- Products damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for a refund.
5. Process for Returns
- Contact our support team at beeydinamnamainc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Follow our instructions to ship the product back to BDN Shop (at your cost, unless defective or wrong item).
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.
