Refund & Return Policy

At BDN Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights for refunds, returns, and cancellations.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Physical products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or not as described.
  • To request a return, contact us immediately at beeydinamnamainc@gmail.com with your order details.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Refunds

  • Most refunds will be processed via GCash or in cash on hand after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • For online payments (credit/debit card or GCash QR), refunds will also be processed via the same payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via GCash, on-hand, or bank transfer after the returned product has been received and inspected.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

3. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting us immediately.
  • Once the order has been shipped, you must follow the return process above.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital products, downloadable content, or services cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for a refund.

5. Process for Returns

  1. Contact our support team at beeydinamnamainc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Follow our instructions to ship the product back to BDN Shop (at your cost, unless defective or wrong item).
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.
